Ministry of Planning and Development, Benin
AMESSINOU Kossi is former IT Director at Ministry of Planning in Benin. He is Doctor in Information and Communication Sciences. He also holds an International Master in Development Studies and Professional Master in Design and Management of Digital Projects.
In the professionnal level, he work at the Ministry of Planning in Benin where he held several responsibilities including : (i) Head of the IT Department; (ii) Coordinator of the High Performance Pre-Archiving System Implementation Project and (iii) Director of Information Technology and Pre-Archiving.
In the association life, he is currently West Africa Regional Director at the African ICT Foundation. He has been active in several organizations such as: (i) FOSSFA; (ii) IGF ; (iii) ISOC and (iv) the NGO Women Be Free.
In academic life, he study digital governance and digital project management at National School of Administration and Magistracy in the University of Abomey-Calavi. He teach also IT project management at institut of teaching and research in informatic. He teach also QoS in mobile network at polytechnique school of Abomey-Calavi University. His work focuses on the appropriation of information and communication technologies.
