Raymond Onuoha is a Research and Teaching Fellow at the Lagos Business School (LBS) Nigeria, where his research focuses on the strategic and policy challenges in the evolution of the digital economy and technology innovation in developing countries, with a special focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. His consulting expertise covers the key domain areas of digital transformation and innovation, digital strategy, business strategy and telecommunications policy. He also works as a Research Consultant with regional ICT policy and regulation think-tank for the Global South – Research ICT Africa (RIA), conducting multidisciplinary research on digital governance, policy and regulation and the facilitation of evidence-base to inform policy making for improved access, use and application of digital technologies for social and economic development across Africa. He has consulted in the area of technology policy for global organisations including – Association for Progressive Communications (APC), UNESCO, Association of Computing Machinery (USA), Microsoft Nigeria, Internet Governance Forum (IGF), The Collaboration on International ICT Policy in East and Southern Africa (CIPESA), Brazilian Network Information Center (NIC.br), The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), and The Nigerian IGF (NIGF).
