Computer Scientist and entrepreneur, but also a research-oriented computer scientist with high interest in Internet governance, Artificial Intelligence and public policy making.  National strategic partner of Missions Publiques in Bénin for the global citizen dialogue on the future of the Internet.

Not only that he advocates for more representation of women and youth in public service and policy making but he is also passionate about giving a helping hand to individuals that are underprivileged or living in stressful conditions.

A versatile and analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills, he has worked on projects or programs aiming at empowering youth and communities, with special focus on awareness raising on the necessity for inclusiveness of citizens on the digital space.

He is the Founder of Digital Concordia and currently the Country Director of Global Youth Network Bénin.
